Security officers are present to ensure safety to all the patients and staff at MEIH. They are placed at every entrance and exit of the hospital. They perform duty rounds on the hospital grounds and provide guidance and information to patients and visitors

      –   Visitors
We are pleased to receive visitors at MEIH. You are welcome to keep patients company but we kindly ask you to meet the following guidelines in order to respect the privacy, comfort and rights of other patients in the same room:

– Visiting hours:

All areas, weekdays

Mornings: from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Evenings: from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (8)
* On Saturdays and Sundays, there are no time restrictions and you are free to come whenever you want

For patients in ICU (Intensive Care Unit): Evenings: from  2:00 pm to 2:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm

 – Number of visitors

In order to avoid disturbing other patients, and to keep a calm and relaxing atmosphere for the welfare of all patients, the number of visitors should not exceed two visitors per patient for 30 min. We also encourage to keep quiet and to reduce the noise during the visiting hours

– Telephone Services

You can make a local phone call by dialing 9 before the telephone number. You can ask the operator (0) for cellular or international calls. All telephone calls are charged to your bill
