The Department of Neurology at MEIH offers comprehensive consultation, evaluation and treatment services for adults and children with neurological disorders such as epilepsy, headaches, neurocognitive disorders, movement disorders, dementias and other cognitive conditions, neuro-oncology, multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating disorders, autoimmune neurology, neuromuscular diseases, peripheral nerve diseases, sleep disorders and other conditions.

In addition to expertise in the different areas of neurology, one of the specificities of the department is its Acute Stroke unit, which treats people who have had a new-suspected stroke or cerebrovascular diseases.
