MEIH Coronary Care Unit (CCU) or Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
(CICU) is specialized in the care of patients with heart attacks, unstable
angina, cardiac dysrhythmia and (in practice) various other cardiac conditions
that require continuous monitoring and treatment.

The Unit is staffed with fully trained registered nurses under the
supervision of qualified cardiologists and interventional cardiologists who provide
care and treatment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team consisting of
consulting physicians, pain managers, pharmacists, dieticians, physical
therapists as well as radiology and laboratory technicians.

The unit is located on the second floor accessible through
hospital visitors’ elevators and is opened for visitors for limited visits as
per the following visiting hours:

Monday to Sunday : 12:00 am to 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm
